News4u-News Desk,, Jaipur, Nov 11 – The opposition Congress in Rajasthan has accused the ruling BJP of giving tickets to tainted persons, saying it is unfortunate that the saffron party has dearth of good image candidates for the assembly polls.
AICC Secretary Vivek Bansal today alleged that one Pooraram Choudhary who is contesting from Bheenmal constituency was an accused of gold smuggling under’COFEPOSA’ (Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Act) and other crime cases including 1993 bomb blasts.

The Saffron party has also given tickets to two of its tainted ministers Madan Dilawar, accused in false land deeds and Surendra Singh Rathore, accused in mines scam and labourer’s death, and one more to Babu Singh Rathore, accused in the Dalit atrocities cases, he said.
